The types of wood in our Deluxe Kiln Dried Hardwood range are Ash, Maple, Beech, Hornbeam, Elm or Oak. ​
Our Deluxe Ash/Hardwood are all highly calorific species, meaning they provide the hottest and longest burn time of all our firewood. ​
Dried to a moisture content of less than 18%, these logs are split and cut to 25cm lengths and will fit in the vast majority of wood burners & appliances. ​
Our Deluxe Kiln Dried Ash/Hardwood logs are high calorific species, which generate heat output, have a better fuel efficiency, are much more economical and create minimum stove and flue problems compared to other firewood on the market. ​

How to Store Firewood
It is very important that once you have bought and had your firewood delivered that you are storing the logs in the best way.
It is vital that the logs are under cover, a log store or our jackets are ideal.
The logs need to be stored in a place where they are off the ground in a dry area where they can get good air flow. Good air flow is crucial as it moves the air preventing any moisture in the air to be absorb by the logs.
