Thank you for delivery. I would just like to say how thrilled we are. Not only has this delivery method transformed deliveries for us (in the past we had to put up with a lorry load being dumped across our drive, which then took me hours to pack away) but also so nice to have such a polite delivery man. My elderly mother is usually very stressed by deliveries and wants me to be at home, but she was more than happy and in full praise.
